Pre-School Information
NEMO VISTA LIL’ HAWKS PRESCHOOL INFORMATION
Act 426 affects pre-school enrollment for the 2011-12 school year:
(1). A child may enter a pre-school program for children three years of age, if the child will attain three on or before August 1, 2011.
(2). A child may enter a pre-school program for children four years of age, if the child will attain four on or before August 1, 2010.

ACT 29 AFFECTS KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT DATES FOR 2010-11 SCHOOL YEAR:
(1). For the 2010-11 school year, a child must be 5 on or before August 15, 2010.
(2). A child who will be 5 no later than September 15 and who attended a state approved institution (state quality accredited) during 2008-09 as a three year old and 2009-10 as a four year old for at least 100 days, may enroll in kindergarten.
(3). Additionally, this date will move the 2011-12 school year to August 1 which can have implications for early childhood programs enrolling in the upcoming school year.
