Under the Arkansas Public School Choice Act of 2015, students in kindergarten (K) through twelfth grade (12) who reside in other school districts may be eligible to enroll in the Nemo Vista School District. School Choice applications must be submitted to the nonresident district no later than May 1 of the year the student wishes to begin attending in the fall. Once the application is received, the nonresident district will notify the student’s resident district of the submission. By July 1, the superintendent of the nonresident district will inform the parent/guardian and the resident district in writing of the application's approval or denial.
Unless otherwise required or permitted by law, transportation for any nonresident student accepted into the Nemo Vista School District is the responsibility of the student or their parent/guardian.
